HP Photosmart 375 Ink Cartridge Refill Instructions

These instructions are based on using a Jettec refill kit with specifically formulated inks suitable for refilling HP Photosmart 375 ink cartridges although the principles are the same if you already have a refill kit.

Always Cover Your Working Area
With Folded Kitchen Paper In Case Of Ink Spillage
- Remove the identification label from the top of the cartridge. This label is highly adhesive and does not require re-aplication.
- Assemble the syringe and needle , Pierce the bottle seal and fill with the correct colour ink.
- Insert your needle into the appropriate fill hole and push halfway down into the cartridge. Ensure that you are filling the correct colour chamber with the correct colour ink.
- Important the cartridge contains sponge and slight resistance may be felt.
- Slowly inject the ink. When the ink appears at the filling hole, pull back the syringe plunger slightly to remove the excess ink.
- Blot the printhead with absorbent material until it stops dripping before moving on to the next colour.
- Do not replace the identification label.
- Ensure the printhead has stopped dripping before returning the cartridge to the printer. Operate the printers cleaning cycle.
- Clean the syringe and needle thouroughly with water for future use.
